- • Users are required to register in order to participate in the bidding process.
- • Bids need to be submitted at least 24h in advance of arrival.
- • It is to the sole discretion of the hotel to accept or refuse any of the submitted bids.
- • Bids apply to a restricted inventory only and are subject to availability.
- • The user will be informed about the acceptance of the bid within 12 hours.
- • Once a bid is accepted by the hotel, the bidder is required to confirm the reservation within 12 hours, the charged amount is non refundable.
- • Multiple bids for the same product will not be accepted and will be confirmed by the highest submitted bid.
- • Submitted bids can not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
- • The hotel does not accept liability for rates obtained via other booking channels.
- • The prices for rooms are subject to 10% service and 10% municipality fees. The restaurant and spa rates are inclusive.
- • The quoted rates in our restaurants applies to a set 3 course menu including soft drinks, excluding alcohol. Timing needs to be confirmed with the hotel.
