In response to guests’ personal preferences, the Quantum Health Club provides an exclusive gymnasium for ladies as well as a mixed facility. Both gyms feature a range of specialised equipment and offer expansive city views.

For guests with regimented fitness regimes, certified leisure professionals are on hand to give advice and motivation. Completing the health experience are separate male and female saunas and Jacuzzis.

The open terrace and lounge pool also provide a serene setting to watch a stunning Arabian sunset.

Located on the 4th floor of the hotel opening hours for the gym are from 6.00am until 10pm and 7am until 8pm for the outdoor pool.
