From our humble beginnings on Broad Street in New Orleans to our current position as the world's largest up-scale dining company, Ruth's Chris Steak House has come quite a long way in its first four decades, and we are extremely proud to launch Dubai’s first Ruth’s Chris Steak House at The Monarch Dubai.








Located on the first floor of The Monarch Dubai, Ruth’s Chris Steak House specializes in broiling custom-aged, USDA Prime beef in its trademark 1800-degree oven which locks in the natural flavours and tenderness. The menu also includes select fresh seafood and other meat entrees, including seasonal specialties, such as garlic-crusted Halibut, Buffalo strip and Venison. A variety of fresh-cooked vegetables, including eight kinds of potatoes, a variety of salads and homemade desserts complete the dining experience. Our premium steaks are cut individually in 12- to 22-ounce servings, as larger cuts retain their natural juices during the cooking process.
